A novice woodturner, only a couple of years experience on a lathe. I have been doing various forms wood craft for what feels like a lifetime, but woodturning has taken a strong hold over me. For me, turning is not just wood working, but an art. Shaping and creating pieces allowing the beauty of the wood to come out in a way that cannot be achieved in other forms of wood working.
