Jim Rinde is a retired research Chemist who lives in Camarillo, California with his wife and is a member of the Channel Islands Woodturners. He has been woodturning for about 30 years and has published several articles in the American Woodturner, Woodturning (UK) and Woodturning Design on woodturnings that include epoxy resins. In his professional career he spent 25 years working with epoxy resins and has 21 U.S. patents, some of them in the field of epoxy resin technology.
