“Growing up in the hills of Southeastern Ohio gave me a true appreciation for nature. As I grew into my teens, I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to take shop classes in junior high and high school. Even attending college, at Ohio University, I was able to continue learning from some of the most wonderful people.
I’ve been away from woodworking for way too long and now have been able to slowly assemble somewhat of a shop and get my footing back. There still is much to learn and I hope to share the experience with you.
Take care, stay safe and share the love of nature.”

The Idea
Long ago, too many years actually, while learning from Mr. Hoffman and then Mr. Anderson, I knew that one day I wanted to be creative and use my hands in making things that people would enjoy holding in their hands and looking at the true beauty that comes from nature. My son said, dad, you need to get back into woodworking and share your work. People will love it. So here I am, giving this a shot. I hope you enjoy the experience as much as I will sharing it with you.
Style & Quality
My goal is to share with you simple items that have function. They will be made from the best woods, domestic and exotic. From ink pens to rolling pins, bow ties to bowls, coat racks to chop sticks, display shelves to cutting boards, and platters to simple kitchen utensils. And even every now and then, just a simple art form, because it's just too pretty to use.
100% Handmade
Everything that I will offer will be 100% handmade. No factory, production made pieces or cheap imitations. When you buy something from a woodworker you're buying more than an object. You're buying hundreds of hours of errors & experimentation and years of frustration & moments of joy. You're not buying a just a thing, you are buying a piece of a heart, a small piece of someone else's life.
