In late April, I had the opportunity to spend some time at Arrowmont with 12 Woodturners. This was not a formal class or instruction, but an opportunity to turn and learn from each other. It was a fun week. The woodturning shop was well equipped with Robust lathes and a couple of Vicmarc lathes. One piece turned was this lidded calabash. The turning is 4" at the widest spot x 4" high with the lid. So far, the turning has one coat of Briwax
