I am a retired school teacher and have been turning for a few years, Bill Neddow got me started and he and I have traded a lot of wood in the past. I now have 2 lathes a Powermatic 3520 B and a small steel city mini lathe. I golf a lot and love to fish. I have many fish at home, both salt water and fresh water as well a bunch of koi out in a backyard pond. My wife and I run a small company called Sawdust and Glass and we do stained glass, and of course turnings. I hope to some day go to a swat and meet many of the people on this site. I just got a new set of knees, 2 months now and things seem to be going fine, I have turned a few pens and a small bowl but that's all so far (September 22, 2015)
